Continuing in my mood #friedfreecarnival I told you about in the previous post, today I am offering you another easy and fun recipe for carnival that will make your children go crazy: carnival chocolate masks!
I would say that Olivia’s face in this photo already expresses everything, doesn’t it? I could also conclude the post here and everything would already be very clear 😀 But anyway I want to tell you something about them…
The idea came to me looking at this Olivia’s photo that I posted on Instagram last week: I told myself that it would be so cute and funny if that mustache and that hat were made of chocolate and ended up in her mouth after the “cheese“!
And so… And so I took a sheet of baking paper, I drew the shapes of some accessories that are normally used to take funny pictures at parties (mustache, hat, mask, glasses, etc …) and I filled them with melted chocolate!
Some colorful decorations that immediately make Carnival and go! In 15 minutes I had my tray of carnival chocolate masks and complements in the fridge!
Can you imagine the faces of my little girls when they saw them? And when they ate them??
We laughed a lot, really a lot and ended the day with two beautiful black chocolate faces! 😀
And as you can see, Olivia’s mustache did not arrive intact even at the photo! : D
So I leave you to the recipe immediately, because carnival is really upon us now and it is time to cook!
PS: for convenience I will call them carnival masks, even if as you have seen they are not just masks!
But, to be honest, I just didn’t know how to call them! Carnival accessories? Carnival chocolate treats? Mmmmmmhhhh I don’t know… Masks seemed to me more suitable and inclusive of everything.
But if you have better suggestions, tell me: I’m always open to discussion here!
Hugs,
Elena
