Halloween chocolate fudge pops Jack Skellington: a sweet praise to the pumpkin’s King for your Halloween night!
Nightmare before Christmas is one of my favorite films and I couldn’t resist the temptation to prepare a sweet treat for the occasion with my two little girls.
So here are our Chocolate Fudge Pops!
Since we like most dark chocolate, we decided to change a little bit our Jack: a black face and white eyes, nose and mouth!
My artistic-pictorial skills have never been particularly excellent, but we are interested in laughing, having fun, joking and enjoying a sweet to die for: halfway between chocolate and bon bon, melting in your mouth and really delicious!
And, last but not least, with only 2 INGREDIENTS!
Is it a joke?
No! 😉
Only DARK CHOCOLATE AND CONDENSED MILK and your Halloween sweet treats are ready!
So… Happy Halloween!
HALLOWEEN CHOCOLATE FUDGE POPS (JACK SKELLINGTON)
Attrezzature
- white pen for food or melted white chocolate,
- black and white ribbon,
- small cups for bonbons.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 230 g condensed milk.
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate with a knife.Heat the condensed milk in a saucepan so that it becomes warm and fluid.
- Remove from the heat and pour the chocolate into the saucepan in 2 times: mix well with a spatula to melt perfectly the chocolate and get a fairly thick mixture.
- Cover with film, allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.T
- ake back the mixture and form some balls.Put each one on a stick (I used a long skewer stick divide in half).
- Draw the eyes, nose and mouth with the pen.
- Finish the pops by making the “dress” of Jack Skeletron: make a small bow of black and white ribbon around the stick then take a small bonbons cup, open it flattening, make a hole in the center with the toothpick, fold it in half and insert the stick in the hole.
- To serve the pops, keeping them standing up, I put them in small glasses filled with salt.
