YOGURT AND COCOA CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

A very easy and quick chocolate cake recipe perfect for the first after school snacks!

Attrezzature

Ingredients
  

  • 320 g flour
  • 30 g bitter cocoa
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 95 g chocolate chips
  • 250 g cocoa yogurt (read notes at the end of recipe)
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 120 g quality seed oil
  • vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Turn on the oven at 200 ° C.
  • Pour the flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
  • Separately, pour the yogurt, eggs, oil and vanilla into another bowl: mix with a fork.
  • Now pour this liquid mixture into the first bowl and mix quickly.
  • Also add the chocolate chips and stir: the mixture must remain lumpy.
  • Grease and flour a 22 cm cake pan, pour in the mixture and bake for 35 minutes. The toothpick test is needed!

Notes

  • If you can't find cocoa yogurt, you can also use white yogurt or, to give a stronger taste, coffee yogurt!
