Sift the flour with the cocoa and pour it into a bowl.
Add the coconut, orange peel and sugar: mix.
Now add the cold diced butter and work with your fingertips, rubbing the ingredients to get a floury dough.
At this point add the egg yolks and knead getting a homogeneous mixture.
Form a loaf, wrap it in film and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
Take the dough and roll it out thinly enough on a floured surface.
Cut out the cookies using a round mold (or a glass) and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Knead the scraps and roll them out again to get more cookies.
Cook for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate, place it in a paper cone or pastry pen and use it to draw Rudolph's horns, eyes and mouth on the cookies.
Use a drop of chocolate to glue Rudoplh's typical red nose: the smarties!
Let the decorations set and enjoy!
