SPAGHETTI WITH BASIL ANCHOVY AND CACIOCAVALLO

A simple, fast and super easy recipe for a quick lunch in the typical italian style! The perfect idea for a last minute dinner, that everyone always likes!

Ingredients
  

  • 160 gr spaghetti
  • 4 desalted anchovy fillets
  • a basil bunch
  • a pinch of red chilli pepper
  • 50 g caciocavallo cheese
  • e.v.o oil.

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water and drain them “al dente”.
  • Meanwhile prepare the seasoning: wash basil leaves, gently dry them and finely chop them.
  • Chop the anchovy fillets and put them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and red chili pepper: put on fire and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the basil and turn off the flame after 1 minute.
  • Grate caciocavallo cheese.
  • Drain spaghetti, pour them in the pan and mix all.
  • Serve immediately adding caciocavallo cheese lo directly into the serving dishes.
