Ingredienti:
- 200 gr farina 00,
- 100 gr mandorle pelate tostate e tritate finemente,
- 140 gr zucchero di canna fine,
- 160 gr burro,
- 3 tuorli,
- pistacchi,
- latte q.b.
Preparazione:
- Cuocete in forno già caldo a 200° per 10 minuti.
ALMOND COOKIES WITH PISTACHIOS
I feel like Christmas, you see?
Maybe all the jobs I’m doing with the kindergarten kids drove me in the whiteness and celebration of Christmas time!
Anyway, this weekend I began to cut oranges for our home made decorations, to look for some gifts, to search for the perfect recipe to cook with the kids next week and… I did some cookies tree to enjoy this beautiful Sunday in late November.
Ingredients:
200 gr 00 flour, 100 gr almonds , 160 gr butter, 140 gr brown sugar, 3 egg yolks, pistachios, milk.
Preparation:
Toast the almonds in a preheated oven at 200° for 10 minutes, then chop them finely with a spoon of sugar. Mix flour, almonds and sugar, add butter (cut in cubes) and mix with your fingertips to obtain a crumbled dough. Add to this the egg yolks and mix quickly obtaining a homogeneous and compact mixture. Make a ball, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on floured table, cut the cookies, brush them with milk and put on each a pistachio. Bake in preheated oven at 200° for 10 minutes.
